Warranty conditions:
We as Totoku Europe declare to the customer that all of our products are free of faults of material or processing defects. This is under the condition that the product is used under normal working conditions and according to the specifications inside the user manual.
How long the warranty is effective:
Default warranty period is 3 years for the ME and CCL Series.
For the i2 Series we offer a full 5 years warranty including the backlight.

Excluded parts:
The following parts are excluded from warranty:
Accessory of the display including cables and other.
What the warranty does not cover:
The following items are expressly not covered by warranty:
- Damage because of any mistreatment
Please find advices of cleaning and treatment within the user manual - Defect caused by misuse or modification of the product
- Defects caused by modified Software or wrong settings
- Image sticking
- Pixel defects
- Decrease of brightness
- Mechanical damages of the product
- Any problem which is related to abrasion
- Damage during transportation
- Defect caused by act of God
Claim under guarantee:
The customer is in charge to proof that this product is in warranty with the original invoice and the serial number of the product. Without this proof Totoku Europe is able to decide by their own if it will be handled as a warranty case or not. This judgment is unique and not reversible.
Limitation of Liability:
TOTOKU is not liable for damages
- arising from fire, earthquakes, actions taken by any third party, any other accidents, intentionally or negligently, improper use of the product by the user, or any use under other abnormal circumstances,
- (including, but not limited to, loss of business profits, disruption of business, change or loss of saved data) arising from the use of or inability to use this product,
- arising from the use not described in the user's manual,
- arising from malfunctions caused by the combination of connecting devices, or
- (related to the time limit, business, decrease in profits, any delay, any
information, and other financial disadvantages) arising from the use of software provided by TOTOKU for this product, even if TOTOKU as been advised of the possibility of such damages.
